EHKA ROOPEE SAMUHAYA – CONSORTIUM OFLIKE-MINDED PEOPLE GETTING TOGETHER AS ONE – TAKES THE FIRST STEP
A collection of Professionals, patriots, entrepreneurs, social activists, social media networks, political activists, political party representatives and many citizens with a yearning desire to change the fortune of SRI LANKA and it’s people gathered together in numbers at the SUDHARSHI Centre for Sinhala Culture yesterday. The persistent rain, thunder and lightning stayed away and it appeared positively that the environment, UNIVERSE and the God’s also endorsed the launch of the Consortium PLATFORM of like minded people, the EHKA ROOPEE SAMUHAYA PLATFORM getting together as one FRONT towards the transformation of SRI LANKA and the ECONOMY OF SRI LANKA.
The Convenor of the Consortium PLATFORM Mr.Maithri Gunaratne, President Counsel, appealed to the gathering of like- minded people to come together as one to Contest the General Election with the experience of ADMINISTRATION, EXPERTISE, KNOWLEDGE TO CHANGE THE CURRENT SYSTEM OF MISMANAGEMENT WHICH HAS CAUSED SRI LANKA TO BE DECLARED AS A BANKRUPT NATION. President’s Counsel Maithri Gunaratne shared simple concepts of economic revival to be implemented at the Grama Niladari level transforming the Samurdhi programme into a viable Green Houses scheme project creating entrepreneurs within a short period of time and thus providing the solution to cost effective healthy living through multiple agricultural programs islandwide. The unutilized natural resources lay waste in our blessed motherland and through the establishment of multiple HUBS such as ‘ Agricultural Export Hub, Maritime & Aviation Hub, Information Technology Hub, Promoting Sri Lanka as a Tourist Paradise – Make Sri Lanka Your Second Home, Promoting clean and green environment and sustainable development islandwide, Promoting healthy living for mental, physical and spiritual well being with herbal, meditation and other treatment of Hela heritage of ancient Ceylon, making Sri Lanka the ‘Pearl of the Indian Ocean as Ceylon was known since the days of Serendib 2000 years ago.
Many representatives endorsed the EHKA ROOPEE SAMUHAYA PLATFORM Concept and spoke calling one and all to join the process of introducing Reform and Transformation towards real SYSTEM CHANGE eliminating mismanagement, continuous corruption and destruction of the very social fabric of SRI LANKA since INDEPENDENCE gradually deteriorating with acceleration in the recent past of the last 54 years.
